He has been CEO of UTOCAT - a financial and blockchain software publisher - for over 9 years. He is a Director and Blockchain Expert (Bitcoin / Ethereum). He works on the design of end-to-end solutions for asset management, trade finance, parametric insurance and operational expertise in next-generation workflows: from strategy to production launch, including specifications, PoC, tests, compliance links and political support to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
